We want you to cherish your moissanite jewelry forever; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy for all unworn engagement rings in their original condition. Please note that custom-engraved pieces and bespoke designs are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer concierge team within 30 days of delivery with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

  Secure Your Shipment

  Place the ring in its original presentation box and secure it inside a shipping carton along with all original certification documents and the appraisal report.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the stone and setting's integrity, we will process your full refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
